“ASSIST-ONLINE” system is placed in operation
Since May, 2010 CLASS-ASSISTANCE launches «Assist-Online» Collaboration System. This web-based interface is designed for insurers to get the information concerning cases handled on-line. Assist-Online is developed for travel insurance mainly.
Using secure access insurer can acquaint with a course of insurance cases handling, receive the information of the declared and confirmed expenses, and browse some statistical data of his own portfolio as well. At the same time a new module providing two-way communication between the insurer and assistance company is prepared to start.
The system is based on SOA technology and is the private property of CLASS-ASSISTANCE Ltd.
